ReactOS™ is an Open Source effort to develop a quality operating system that is compatible with applications and drivers written for the Microsoft® Windows™ NT family of operating systems- There is also ReviOS, ReviOS aspires to re-create what Windows as an operating system should have been - easy and simple (also FOSS).
All other OS are Linux, Unix or BSD distros, not natively compatible with Windows apps.
