He he… actually I am surprise how long the last both at store and home… probably the wax layer is very efficient by itself. Homegrown don´t last even 1/4 of the time. Now, once in your fridge will still last many days, but when you spot one bad… the rest will follow in no time. At that stage we use it for pancakes/wafers.
