the trouble with Sicklebills! my photography skills weren’t enough to capture the image of the White-tipped Sicklebill that I wanted-- flying bird was turned & also extremely noisy so I couldn’t really capture the bizarrely arched bill but the feeding bird instantly had the sickle wedged deep in the heliconia flower where you couldn’t see it
