I’ll start
I live in the South West, United States. Furthermore, I am a Xennial . I was transient from about the age of 15 - 30. I’ve been around the block a few times. I am a caregiver for high functioning adults with special needs. I just fell into the job and never expected to do this kind of work. I am told I am pretty good at it, and it is fulfilling work.
Also, I like to play video games, watch movies, and read. I look totally normal, for the most part. I haven’t flown my goth flag since I was 17, besides wearing all black on occasion.
I’ve been using message boards since I was 15, back in the modemer days when you had to call the admin to get let in. I’ve modded my own private sub on reddit for multiple years. I wrote for disinfo.com for a few years before it got ruined by an incompetent asshole.
I am a huge music nerd, and I feel like I am in the right place.
Awesome, what kind of occult literature?
Ceremonial and Chaos Magick. I readed many authors but i can say that i really appreciate the work of Lon Milo Duquette.
I’ve not heard of him, I will have to look him up. Are his books in english?Robert Anton Wilson is my favorite, specifically Prometheus Rising.
I see that he is a Gnostic Bishop, I have an interest in hermeticism. Very cool, and yes he writes in English, he’s American.
Are you aware of Timothy Freke?
No. I don’t know him. Can You tell me or recommend me something? Thanks in advance.
PS. You can check ‘Low magick’ from Duquette it was my first book and still one of My favourites.
The Laughing Jesus: Religious Lies and Gnostic Wisdom Tim Freke, Peter Gandy
That’s the book that caught my eye.
I found Low Magick, thanks for the recommend.
