Almost three years since the last update (not including chapter 3, obviously).
There are quite a few in this genre that haven’t been updated in years. It’s a bit of a shame, really.
If I recall correctly, it matches with when otome isekai/villainess stories exploded. Wouldn’t be surprised if this also got caught in the onslaught of translating the first few chapters and dropping everything after that.
