👊 TARIFF 🔥
The GREATEST, most TREMENDOUS Python package that makes importing great again!
TARIFF is a fantastic tool that lets you impose import tariffs on Python packages. We’re going to bring manufacturing BACK to your codebase by making foreign imports more EXPENSIVE!
I imported the package, but then removed it. Might import again. Stand by.
Just kidding. I already re-imported a second time.
I should send a PR that applies the tariffs randomly and sometimes arbitrarily changes the numbers…
I might even make it so, that it calculates an import deficit by looking at how often your libraries are imported in the codebase of the projects, that the maintainers of your dependencies have vs. the number of imports your code has from them.
You should make up a formula using Greek letters to justify the numbers. Greek letters = Very Important.
