Forgive me if it’s been discussed. After searching various ways I was unable to find any discussion of this.
Just noticed the iOS orange light in the Dynamic Island was lit on my iPhone. Looking at Control Center to see which app was using it and it says “unknown.”
Anyone else heard about this happening?

You sure you need an app that converts Celsius to Fahrenheit to access your location? Do you even need an app for that at all? The default calculator, Siri, and iOS search can all do it for you.

Privacy and Apple don’t often mix…
It could be the keyboard you use, if you’ve activated STT recently, or an app has been installed secretly by another app.

Restart your phone, so if it’s malware it will be able to hide. Yesh, makesh shenshe.
Are you under the impression that malware waits until reboot to hide? If so, it’s not the case, malware hides as soon as it can to avoid detection.
Especially on phones it would be extremely inefficient because phones are not rebooted as often as computers.
