Just tried it out. Works better than https://lemmyverse.link/ for me. It also supports Tesseract UI it seems.
Is this something that could be integrated into lemmy itself?
Sort of. Lemmy apps can integrate adding the prefix automatically and auto redirecting to the current instance (they already do the second part).
