Looks like you could achieve something very similar by just buying a Bluetooth keyboard and using your phone, that you anyway have with you, as screen.
Or for the full Eink experience, you get an Android Reader like Boox and install an editor.
But I already have both these things, so I would then not have an excuse to buy another thing!
