I second blakenong’s comment that Greenland could simply ban such people.

The fact that they won’t ban such people sends a definite message: that it’s still open to negotiation.

Sometimes hard-lines & hard-walls are required, but some people, & some cultures, won’t learn that lesson, no matter the price??
