Lol, then you should have just said from the start that you don’t control the creative work rather than trying to argue.
Anybody who understands copyright law will never use a self written license. Although another commenter has said the license does have a standard author. Therefore, the creative work is not merely licensed under public domain. I’m not providing legal advice, so you’ll have to do your own research.
