Strikes are not the places to be meeting people to organize, strikes are the endgame, one of the last options to take when all other negotiations break down. Organizing and logistics and meeting people, that’s what union meetings and finding yourself a local mutual aid group are for, not the actual day of the strike.
Movements of all kinds live or die on logistics and organization.

Grassroots, real get things done stuff, is how things get done. That is done by stepping out to real events that you align with. That’s best where and how to learn about organizing. City council meetings, protests & everywhere in between all are valid…and ways to pursue change under the first amendment.
I have met some amazing people a protests that I still hold as dear friends…I suppose your mileage may vary.
If you want to do something you’ll find a way. If not you’ll find an excuse.
At least be honest with yourself…
I am honest and this is ineffective organizing at best, and most likely this level of non-planning for a global strike as the canva graphic says is a honeypot.
They need your planning skills then. Go help.

The account who posted the dates is literally saying to other people in the replies “what is the plan?” This isn’t a serious thing.
Go take some project management courses or whatever, you’re the one bitching instead of doing anything, you figure it out.
I have no interest in leading people into what could very well be a honeypot. It’s why I’ve shared resources on how organizing and operating strikes actually works and chief, no serious labor organizer would touch joke of a strike organization effort this with a 30 foot pole.

King isn’t the strike organizer, it seems to me nobody is, and I suppose if there have to be negotiations with the organizations we’re supposed to be striking against, nobody is the representative for the striking populace. Brilliant strategy cotton, let’s see if it pays off.
