    That seems … unlikely. People love corporate propaganda, why would they leave their propaganda platforms? At best, they’d leave for some other bullshit platform, just look at how they are leaving xitter for bluesky instead of mastodon.

      Fediverse has extreme UX issues for basic users. Not to mention the awkward names.

        That seems to be the main issue. They have millions or even billions of dollars to invest in a nice UI. We have volunteers and developers who have a day job. Hard to compete.
