Vietnamese Turmeric Fish with Dill and Noodles (Cha Ca La Vong)

This authentic Vietnamese turmeric fish with noodles (Cha Ca La Vong) recipe features an iconic dish of Hanoi. Chunks of flavorful fish are plated on a bed of scallions and dills.

My wife and I first had this dish in Vietnam and it was fantastic. I made this version for her when we got back and it is very similar and also very tasty.
