Every US president in the last 50 years has made talks between the two a high priority, except for Biden and Trump. What has that gotten the region?

He had a few other things on his plate, like a pandemic and inflation.

That’s like suggesting Biden is the dad and Israel and Palestine are misbehaving children. Maybe they would be a little better with the US watching, but not much as history has repeatedly shown.
