My main concern is the misdiagnosis of illness and mispescription of drugs. That will kill people as a primary effect. Malappropriation of data will have hugely negative secondary effects, yes and for everyone with any medical record.
My priority is about how immediate and irreversible the issues are (death). Not about the validity of the concern.
