I’m so weary of this genocide narrative.

Yes, the situation in Pallestine is terrible. Yes, it seems like Biden enabled it.

The thing is, there’s so much more at stake here. Did you see the part people are doing Nazi Salutes now? Or any of the executive orders signed in the last 24 hours?

Things are getting so much worse.

His love of genocide is not the only thing that lost him the election, but it’s the most egregious example of him ignoring voters – during an election – because he thought he knew better than the people he relied on for votes.

Also strange that you’re more concerned about the nazi salute than the actual carrying out of genocide. We already lost as a nation when the “good guy” democrats are fine with nazi ideology (which israel has faithfully adopted, from racial superiority to lebensraum to genocide) but draw the line at a fucking salute.

        Nonsense.

Anyone that cared about the plight of Palestinians voted democrat, because the dems would have delivered a dramatically better outcome than what is going to happen now.

They’ve had over a year to deliver a dramatically better outcome. I voted democrat straight down the ticket like I always do, but I’m not going to delude myself into thinking they were actually going to produce a better outcome because biden refused to apply any pressure on israel and instead only sent billions of dollars of weapons in support. Harris was looking to continue the same policy. It should be a very easy win to denounce genocide, but they couldn’t even do that during an election when they needed the votes. Why would they change policy after winning when they didn’t need the votes?

I can only agree. The Democrats are just as bound to the funding of the billionaires as the Republicans, they just have to hide it better in order to have a chance to win something.

The Roman Empire fell slowly, and now it’s our turn. I only hope that true socialism can emerge from the ashes.

Stop the fucking fatalistic nonsense. Doomerism only fucking enables evil to continue to operate - GO AND DO THINGS.

          I disagree.

It’s important to pick your battles. Control what you can control and practice acceptance for the rest. If you get worked up about every little thing in the coming months you’ll just get burned out.
