@mattblaze@federate.social The Canon 50mm fixed lens is probably the best lens for the least money you can buy, I use it for portraits a LOT.
@ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org The “normal” (45 degree or so angle of view) lens for just about every camera system is almost always a price/performance sweet spot. Invariably the cheapest, sharpest, and most distortion-free in the line.
