Heard recently weighed in on Lively's allegations and its easy to see why.

This implies Heard was in the right and from what I can tell she lost all 3 defamation trials. That’s not absolute proof of anything, but it’s sure not making me believe her claims.

    Am I missing something?

she lost all 3 defamation trials

Could you provide some more info on this? I am only aware of 2 relevant trials:

      • the first in UK that she won, and
      • the 2nd in the US that she lost.

but it’s sure not making me believe her claims

Please keep in mind that in the US trial - the televised one - the defence team used in court a specific tactic that is typically used against sexual assault & domestic violence victims, called:

      DARVO

Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender

This tactic is (unfortunately) very effective in trials with jurors and this one of the reasons that the outcome of the US trial was in favor of the abuser. Judges rarely fall for it.

Scary thing to have this post, so heavily downvoted in a feminist community.
