Police arrested a 26-year-old man on Monday in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, gunned down on a busy midtown Manhattan sidewalk last Wednesday morning.
The 26-year-old had a three-page document with writings suggesting that he had “ill will toward corporate America,” police said.

Jurors can be excused by the judge if there is evidence that they are either being coerced or have an alternative agenda. But that’s really rare.
Sounds like a mistrial to me
