Tankies don’t sweat doublethink. Whichever answer is more convenient at the moment, even if it contradicts their immediately previous statement, is correct.
Also sprinkle in a dash of inconsistent definitions. They’re talking about end-stage communism when they say communism has never been tried, except when they’re talking about socialist states on the path to communism, of course. In which case communism has been tried and is working, unless you succeed in bringing up some part of their favorite hypercapitalist state that’s too capitalist to ignore, in which case the definition swaps back.
Simple!
If you can name the regime after it’s leader, it’s not communism, it’s some form of autocracy.
See, you have to go through capitalism to get to communism. However, this only applies to China. All the other capitalist countries, this does not apply to. And if you JUST READ MARX, you would know that he made a “China only” rule where you get a bunch of billionaires and a stock exchange and then communism.
Ironically Marx never even said any of that BS, it’s “marxism-leninism” that’s complete bullshit.
That’s what I tell them because I’ve actually read Marx. But they either say I didn’t or say that I read it WRONG. It’s pretty funny.
Marx harder shitlib 😡
