          Of course not. I’m saying a serving of ramen noodles from a packet isn’t a meal the same way a serving of peas isn’t a meal.

        You shouldn’t have two servings when each 35% of your daily sodium in the same meal. Those servings should be split between different meals.

      One time I was sitting opposite a coworker eating Cup o’ Noodles. I read the side of the cup, and pointed out that it contained 48% of his RDA of sodium.

      His response? “Oh good. I can have two.” Lol

      Fuck, serving size per container is 2 and one serving is 35% daily sodium. The whole thing is 70%! Damn.
