I’ve seen rainbow painted benches with anti-homeless stuff on them. Makes my blood boil because I know it’s intentional to make everybody believe “ThE TrAnS DiD It”. I wish the people who did those would end up homeless and alone when they get old.

If someone were to accidentally sit on it, would the owner be liable for the medical bills of such an obvious, yet inclusive, deathtrap?
if you sat on it it wouldn’t do any physical harm if you sit on a lot of spikes they don’t actually puncture anything it’s just really uncomfortable so you definitely don’t want to sit on it won’t actually injure you also they probably aren’t sharp enough that one could do anything anyway just enough to hurt
