Neo nazi just means new nazis, there’s no meaningful difference
The difference is purely temporal.
If you’re a Nazi and it’s the mid 20th century, you’re a regular Nazi.
If you’re a Nazi today, you’re a Neo-Nazi.
Both need shot so making a difference in name doesn’t matter much to me
