That would be very very illegal. And weird. But holy shit illegal. (Was part of the Marine mammal education resource program over a decade ago)

Very illegal even if the animal were deceased.

Mr. Kennedy, he wrote, may have violated not only the Marine Mammal Protection Act (1972) and the Endangered Species Act (1973) — two seminal marine conservation laws — but also the Lacey Act of 1900, a conservation law signed by President William McKinley that prohibits the transportation of illegally gathered wildlife, dead or alive, across state lines.

Wow, yeah, I wasn’t expecting it to be that illegal!

Come on. Who hasn’t done that on a weekend trip to the beach?

Does this family not know how to shut the fuck up, why do they keep freely, at their own will, insiting on telling these stories?

He’s co-chair of the Trump transition team and likely to be appointed as secretary of health and human services if Trump wins

This timeline gets weirder and weirder every day.

I’m sure I took a wrong coloured pill at some point in my life.

Smh he should be appointed secretary of transporting dead carcasses of endangered species, he has a special ability for this. Think of all the jobs this could create. Wasted talent in my opinion
