To summarise, the eight lifestyle changes that could extend your life are:
- Eat well.
- Avoid cigarettes.
- Get a good night’s sleep.
- Be physically active.
- Manage stress.
- Avoid binge drinking.
- Be free from opioid addiction.
- Have positive social relationships.
They only mentioned opioids, so there are a ton of other options which can add special effects to your daily life ;)
