It has to change. They won’t be able to join the EU without eliminating corruption. Zelenskyy, for his part, is firing these guys.
Lower the amount of corruption. We don’t have a country in the EU which has eliminated it.
All countries have corruption at some degree. The big thing for Zelensky is to make policy and laws to guard against it while establishing watch dogs.

Berlusconi is dead. The EU itself told Ukraine it has to cure corruption for entry.
The EU has said it welcomes Ukraine’s efforts to fight corruption. Can you find a link that actively states it is a requirement?
