I can’t stand the texture of pulp, so I eat my pasta with mashed potatoes
I put the pasta in the bowl first. Then I put the milk in a saucepan along with some butter and flour. I let that simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Then I add some garlic and parmesan. Once the cheese is fully melted, I pour it over the pasta.
Boil macaroni first in water, remove water, add milk and heat up, serve on a plate with sugar added on top. Some people boil the macaroni straight in the milk.
I like to use the crime brûlée torch to caramelize the sugar coating.
I do a handful dry from the box, then a swig of milk.
