They just get their federal highway funds yanked. So it’s tough to tell someone, “Yeah, it’s a right for other adults, just not you.” If I had my druthers, I’d raise the national age to 21 when brains are a good bit more developed.
No booze or cigarettes, but guns are totally cool.
