That’s exactly what drove most of us from the platform. Apologists were telling me that it’s just because we are not paying customers. Interesting to notice that the company acts the same way with its real paying customers! I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that the mindset of companies in their private interactions is the same as their public interactions with users.
