At this point, making something that doesn’t work using Wine or Proton is actually kind of an achievement, so congrats EA, you managed to fuck up both Origin and EA app. The actual game runs flawlessly, it’s the launchers that are all kinds of broken.
Oh, I own it on EA, not on Steam.
You can add it to steam, it’s free and dlc bought from ea works with the steam version.
I find it’s easier to get the ea version running though, so I usually just add the launcher as a non steam game, and that works fine too.
