But you don’t give Muslims the same consideration, instead calling them vociferous and violent. Why not assume that most just pay lip service like the Anglicans do? Or do you really believe that all Muslims are extremists?

I didn’t say all - you did.
I don’t see many teachers in hiding from enraged extremists of other religions.
