Freedom doesn’t exist without law and order. Mobs lynch wrong people as often as not. It’s why the legal system should be above politics. It amazes me America has politically appointed judges. The judiciary should be separate from, and independent of, the government. If the legal system doesn’t work, law and order can break down and you get anarchy.
This Black History Month remember human trafficking was legal. Slavery was legal. Jim Crow was legal. US Govt paying reparations to white enslavers but not to the enslaved was legal. Prison slavery still IS legal.

Street “justice” is a break down of law and order. No one is accountable for the mob and is not held to any rules. How is that an outbreak of anarchy?
