You obviously dont understand how the android flavors work, or you’re purposely trying to take a refined approach to dodge conceding that android, at least in some part, does the same shit and is not in any way somehow exempt from this being to happen to them because they’re not closed source.
Also, because your software is open source, you’re more likely to encounter serious exploits that simply aren’t reported to android. That’s a built-in vuln by the way, doesn’t matter what flavor of android you’re using, if it’s open source, it’s more easily tested for exploits. (Which means you’re stuck relying on companies to pay out bug/exploit hunters a fair wage, to continue your “security” service)
