minus-square@Nighed@sffa.communitylinkfedilinkEnglish1•9 months agoThe idea behind them is that they stay on until the bottom of the pan reaches 100C As this is only possible once the water has boiled away, it will always create perfectly cooked rice (if you put the right amount of water in) So it.should work for anything you want to stop as soon as it boils dry.
