I don’t care what he thinks. It’s not his choice to make.

I’m not sure that’s quite the hot take you present it as when Biden agrees with you in that same article:

“Whether the 14th Amendment applies, I’ll let the court make that decision,” Biden told reporters on Dec. 20.

But thats the point its not up to him, which if it was he would be fine with. His role as President is explicitly to enforce the law and prevent insurrection a non opinion on jan 6 is very bad for the health of the united states.

I’m going to assume English isn’t your first language. If it was, you would know that the wording of “I’ll let” here doesn’t mean “I’m giving permission”, but instead “I’m not going to weigh in”

Thank you for saying this! Merrick Garland really fucked us over. He did his best to sweep a coup attempt under the rug. Thankfully, congress made him look like a punk bitch with their public hearings.

Biden was trying to offer some kind of olive branch by appointing a conservative to such a powerful position. I hope we never, ever offer another olive branch like that again. What a huge blunder that was.

Oh. Let’s not ask the president about something out of his sphere. And not care for the answer either. Some of y’all act like moody teenagers over some silly crap.
