Well, in Czechia piracy is legal as long as you’re not uploading (beware of torrents, you’re always uploading when downloading those).
You can get prepaid SIM cards anonymously, not home internet though. You can use the anonymous SIM card with a hotspot, though mobile data are pretty fucking expensive here.
Transportation can be fully anonymous. There are cameras in many cities.
