      Don’t get old, it fucking hurts.

      If you must get old, do the following to mitigate:

      • Start doing some sort of exercise. Swimming is a good choice.
      • Cut down or ideally stop drinking alcohol
      • Reduce the amount of meat you eat - it’s bad for you and the planet
      • Start saving as much as you can for a pension
      • Don’t have children
