minus-squareeltimablolinkfedilink0•5 months agoThat’s not terrible for HOA/condo fees. I used to live somewhere that charged $350/month for condo fees and basically didn’t do anything with it. There wasn’t even a dumpster for residents to use, so most people’s houses ended up filled with trash.
