    I’m reminded of those time churches would line up around sex shops and take “photos” of visitors to shame them.

        I don’t believe so, the people at the porn shop are at a public place and anyone can take a picture of you in public. You have zero rights to privacy in public spaces (AFAIK), ya know, because they’re public spaces.

          Public harassment? Humiliation? How about using those photos with malicious purpose without consent? Sure it’s must be some kind of defamation?

          Also, I don’t think you can just following a stranger and take their pictures just because it’s “public space”. There must be some kind of limitations to that.

            Did you forget about the Paparazzi? Their job is to literally follow celebrities and take pictures of them in public.
