minus-squaremihieslinkfedilink2•10 months agoFailure or not depends on the goals. And by that it probably failed as they were aiming for retaking Crimea or at least split it in half. Also a lot of ground taken during counteroffensive is now lost again due to Russian offensive. Sadly so.
