This is the best summary I could come up with:

Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have targeted Gaza’s biggest medical facility which it said was the site of a Hamas command center, a charge denied by the group.

Amid widespread condemnation about Israel’s targeting of the hospital, CNN anchor Christiane Amanpour asked Barak if the IDF and the Israeli government had done a “good enough job of proving their claim” that there was a “major” Hamas command center and bunker under Shifa.

Barak replied “It’s already been known for many years that they have a bunker that originally was built by Israeli constructors underneath Shifa,” which was used as a “command post” for Hamas and as a “junction of several tunnels”

BBC Verify said that the Israeli footage appeared to have been recorded before reporters arrived and that the earlier clip showed fewer weapons which the IDF later explained was because more weaponry had been found later in the day.

BBC analysis editor Ros Atkins on November 17 said the IDF video was posted, then deleted, and reposted again, with references to an Israeli soldier held hostage removed.

“We don’t know the reasons for that edit, nor how significant it is,” Atkins said in the video which as of Tuesday had received 12.4 million views, adding that Israel’s military “says suggestions it is manipulating the media are incorrect.”

The original article contains 692 words, the summary contains 217 words. Saved 69%. I’m a bot and I’m open source!

IIRC the early reporting indicated some of the imagery in the initial video “found” on a laptop of hostages was definitively pre-October 7th. When it was reuploaded the laptop was blurred.

“We have built a bomb shelter, that can withstand a bombing, underneath the hospital, and believe the enemy is using these facilities. Instead of surgical flushing strike of these areas, which we clearly have the floorplsns for since we built it, we decided to bomb the building that was full of civilians that clearly could not utilize the shelter if our claim was true, knowing that the enemy command center is built exclusively to withstand said bombing”

Yeah, there are 3 sides to this war: IDF, Hamas and the civilians, and it seems two of those sides are having a competition on how many of the third side they can kill. I’d say both Paleastine and Israel deserves to be free of the warmongering leaders, because as much as people stand for Palestine. Sure, the first thing should be to stop the assaults that extend to the Palestinian side of the border, but after the seize fire has been reached, I wouldn’t mind seeing the leadership of the both warmongering terrorist agencies (IDF and Hamas) being systematically dismanteled from inside.

And if you feel “Hamas is neccessary”, well, Hamas was the group that provided the flimsy excuse for the IDF to use to attack this tiime around by attacking an international civilian event. Palestine deserves better than Hamas.

[EDITS]: adding few clarifying words to point out the leaderships problems on both sides have existed for a longer time.
