The Israeli government has not confirmed the specific claim that Hamas attackers beheaded babies during the attack on Saturday, contradicting an earlier statement by the Prime Minister’s office. An Israeli official stated that while there have been cases of Hamas militants committing brutal acts, they cannot confirm the identity of the victims, such as whether they were children, soldiers, or civilians. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had indicated the beheadings occurred, but his office later released photos showing burned bodies without specifying their ages. Explosive allegations about decapitated children emerged earlier in Israeli media, and the Israel Defense Forces described the scene as a “massacre.” However, Hamas denied the allegations, and CNN could not independently verify the claims.

Your comment doesn’t make sense. He didn’t say he was told, he said he saw it and he never thought he would ever see anything like that. He said he saw a picture of 40 beheaded babies. That made the US people want to go to war. Regarding pixels, I never said anything like that, but I will say now that you brought it up, my expectation for Ned from Deluth and the president of the US are different. Regular people wouldn’t look that close, but we absolutely should have people going to the pixel to make sure this isn’t AI. Why would you expect less when war is the discussion.

Israeli forces kill babies too. What’s your point? Civilians die in war.

Which is why this entire thing is fucked up on all sides.

You’ve completely moved the goal posts from the original point. The person you’re responding to is trying to explain how it could be believed that Hamas decapitated babies. They have a history of beheadings, and there were images of babies with burned corpses and bloody sheets. Given that information, it’s not a far leap to see those pictures and thinking you saw a beheaded baby.

Israeli forces kill babies too. That’s a fact, but it doesn’t have anything to do with Biden thinking he saw pictures of beheaded babies.

            Come again?

The statement came in support of “unwavering” support for the state of Israel, using blatantly false and unverified propaganda to support that position when the reality is Israel-the-government is committing similar atrocities.

It is absolutely pertinent that a) he was wrong b) it was propaganda, and c) babies are dying from the actions of both sides and d) his state department has released a memo prohibiting discussion (with the press,) using words like “cease fire” and “peace talks”.

The president of one of (if not the) most militarily powerful nations in the world should not be making such mistakes. Period. If it’s a matter of being too old, he needs to resign and let cooler heads prevail. If it’s a matter of being too willing to support Israel (because let’s be honest, 99% of American knee jerks to Israel’s tune.) then he needs to pull his head out of his ass. Like the rest of America.

Yep, everything’s just black and white I guess, and you’ve missed the point again, you’re dumb.
