For the uninitiated, “EA Sports FC” will be replacing EA’s FIFA franchise because “the publisher decided it didn’t want to “pay a premium” to license the FIFA branding.”
So is it the same thing without the word FIFA anywhere? As in they licensed the teams and the stadiums the same way they did before?
Yes, those are licensed separately, this is purely just the name of the game.
