Everyone experiences symptoms for conditions like ADHD every once in a while. Only when these symptoms occur often, consistantly, and severely enough to significantly impact your life can it be seen as a sign for a mental disorder.

Everyone has lapses in executive function. It’s only human. When it happens everytime, however, it is a sign of a greater problem.

it feels like eveyone I know has been diagnosed with Adhd lately. part of me feels like we’re all trying to find reasons for why we’re broken and fix it with pills, when it’s probably the environment we live in more than ourselves that’s the problem.

Dont mix it up with the diagnosed condition. ADHD is more like a weird kind of self-help community for people who want to be productive.

It is a trending buzzword. It will attract more views.
