Why didn’t Pakistan and India work together to bring the perpetrators to justice?
India wasn’t interested in an investigation. Saw an opportunity for a populist ‘Pakistan evil’ moment and jumped on it.
Pakistan instantly offered a joint investigation and the option to bring in third part investigators.
The perpetrators roam free even still. Happy that they managed to get exactly what they wanted.

Interesting. And when the Chinese offered to do a joint investigation to figure out why their engineers keep getting popped in Balochistan/gwadar then what was Pakistan’s response
