Look at the fabs Intel has: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_manufacturing_sites#Current_fab_sites Half are development/research, another half is one for each node… except the 3nm they need for Arrow Lake. We’ll see what happens with 18A and Panther Lake, but that’s still planned for Q3 2025, and TSMC is not going to stay behind.
