The purest most primal form of society is not one where all medical is covered by the government and all conditions are protected, that is a system we create for ourselves by voting for legislators who will enact it. You can try saying “voting harder doesn’t work” when we actually try it once.
No, not even close, we need a democrat supermajority in congress to pass stuff. I don’t like it either but that’s how it’s been for longer than I’ve been alive.
