minus-square@glimse@lemmy.worldlinkfedilink9•1 month agoYes agreed. I make about 2% less than what I was hired at adjusted for inflation after 3 years despite doing a lot more work. If I don’t get a 10% raise, I’ll be calling back the recruiter who has been trying to poach me for 3 years.
If a “raise” doesn’t even cover inflation, it’s not a raise.
