    I’m told they did this to force people to use it wirelessly so they’d be impressed by it. Like for brand protection. No proof so could be made up

      On most androuid smartphones have charge port isat the bottom likely to discpurages usage while charging for battery health. The psp also had charger port in an unconfortqable spot that I remember.

        Where else would you put the port? Bottom or top wouldn’t get in the way of using it. Can you imagine a smartphone that has the charging port on the back like this mouse? It’s just terrible design no matter what justification is attempted.

          I’m fairly sure my first Android phone had the charging port on one side and the 3.5mm jack on the other side. Look weird? Yes. But it was a bit more comfortable to hold while charging.
